Information We Collect

Account Information

When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive and store:

• Email address
• Name
• Profile picture (if provided by the authentication provider)

Session Data

For security and service operation, we collect:

• IP address
• User agent (browser/app information)

User Content

The content you choose to store in the app:

• Photos and videos (stored in Cloudflare R2)
• Text notes and descriptions
• Metadata: creation dates, file sizes, blur hash previews

Subscription Data

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• Purchase information processed through Apple App Store or Google Play
• Subscription status synchronized via RevenueCat

We do not have access to your payment card details.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the service
• To authenticate your account
• To store and deliver your time capsule content
• To manage your subscription
• To improve the service

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Cloudflare - Hosting and media storage (R2)
• Google/Apple - Authentication providers
• RevenueCat - Subscription management
• Apple App Store / Google Play - Payment processing

These services have their own privacy policies governing the use of your information.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure. We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS)
• Secure authentication via OAuth providers
• Access controls on stored data

However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. When you delete your account:

• All your data is deleted immediately
• This includes all photos, videos, memories, and account information
• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone

Children's Privacy

This service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
